You’ll work closely with warehouse teams and vendors to streamline order fulfillment processes, enhance the customer experience, and ensure operational efficiency. What You’ll Do

As an E-Commerce Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing and maintaining online order portals to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
  • Managing website updates, including pricing adjustments, user account setups, and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Coordinating with warehouse and vendor teams to facilitate timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Monitoring shipping progress and tracking inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
  • Conducting inventory audits and managing procurement of supplies.
  • Processing purchase orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Personal Characteristics: Strong technical proficiency with Windows and web-based tools, self-motivated, able to manage tasks independently, and highly organized.
  • Physical Abilities: Capable of working in an office environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods when needed.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in the Print or Graphics industry or familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
