Schedules and pay

• Full-Time: 1st and 2nd Shifts
• FLEX Shifts: Non-traditional work hours (details below)
• Starting pay: $16.50/hour, with a shift differential for 2nd shift

What you’ll bring

• Ability to understand and follow all safety requirements
• Ability to read and understand English

FLEX program details

• Work every other month for 3–4 weeks, including all required overtime (10–12 hour shifts and/or weekends)
• Off during opposing months due to lower production demand (extra hours may be available)
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

FLEX benefits

• Eligible for medical coverage only
• Partial PTO accrual
• Holiday pay eligibility only when flexed in and working on the holiday
