With our communitys donations and contract services we generatethe money needed to support our programs which provide training and supportive services to individuals who seek greater independence.We invite you to take the first step in making a difference by applying to a position with Goodwill.JOB SUMMARY: The E commerce Order Fulfillment Clerk will pick, pack, and ship all items purchased from E commerce site and ensure that all items are shipped within 48 hours of the purchase being finalized.NOTE: This is not a supervisory role.Starting Wage: $13.50 Per Hour plus BenefitsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:* Punctual and dependable attendance.* Prints pick lists and packing slips and pulls sold items from shelving.* Comply with Goodwill Central Oklahoma policies and Donated Goods E-commerce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Goodwill Central Oklahomas safety and security policies and procedures.* Verifies accuracy of each shipment.* Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to each shipment.* Maintains accurate shipping records and tracking numbers.* Maintains a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a positive manner with co-workers and the management team.* Maintain overall E-commerce department appearance, including cleanliness of facility and housekeeping to Goodwill standards.* Moves prepared shipments to shipping area and assists shipping company with pick up as needed.* Meets the standards and expectations for the number of items picked and shipped each day.* Attend all meetings and training as required by the Agency.* Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and safety codes. Work schedule includes days, evenings, holidays and blackout periods, weekends may be required.* Works 40 hours per week.* Moderate noise level.
