West Sound Workforce is partnering with a mission-driven eCommerce company specializing in apparel, accessories, and books to hire an E-Commerce Service Coordinator. Operating on a nearly fully automated system, this online store runs efficiently behind the scenes—allowing the team to focus on accuracy, quality, and exceptional service.
Reporting to the owner, the E-Commerce Service Coordinator will oversee daily online store operations, ensure payment and compliance accuracy, manage the affiliate program, and provide responsive customer support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining clear accountability and communication.
Shift information:- Part-time, 5–10 hours per week
- Virtual/remote work; candidate must reside within reasonable distance of Gig Harbor, WA
What you will do as E-Commerce Service Coordinator:- Coordinate quarterly sales tax payments across all states using reports provided by the bookkeeping service
- Manage the affiliate program through UpPromote, including activity monitoring, link maintenance, and commission settings
- Serve as a point of contact for affiliates, handling routine communication and support needs
- Monitor Shopify store activity, including orders, fulfillment status, refunds, and basic store issues
- Escalate non-standard or questionable matters to the owner for review and final decision
What we are looking for:- Basic computer proficiency, including email, web browsers, and online portals
- Ability to follow written procedures, checklists, and established workflows with consistency
- Reliable internet access and a dedicated, distraction free workspace
- Honest, detail oriented, and dependable, with the ability to work independently
- Previous exposure to eCommerce platforms, customer service, affiliate programs, or basic operational support tasks is helpful but not required
