E-Commerce Specialist

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Understanding of sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers across digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email marketing).
• Monitor and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, sales reports) to track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Create and optimize content for product pages, blogs, and other digital assets to improve SEO and user engagement.
• Work closely with the fulfillment team to manage inventory, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
• Identify and source new products or suppliers to expand product offerings and improve competitiveness.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate their performance regularly.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill customer orders.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts and minimize excess inventory.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify,) and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri

Salary Range: $78,400 - 121,700
