Overview
Motion RC is a Veteran owned, global e-commerce company that sells toy and hobby model products including radio-controlled (RC) airplanes, helicopters, boats, cars, tanks, trucks, and thousands of related accessories. We are seeking motivated individuals to join the warehouse operations team at our Gurnee, Illinois fulfillment center. This position includes a diverse set of responsibilities including order picking, order packing, order shipping, inventory receiving, and inventory replenishment. Pay Rate
$17 to $19 per hour based on experience

Operating Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am to 4:00pm
40 Hours per Week
Primary Responsibilities
- Quickly and accurately pick products from bins and shelves to fulfill computerized customer orders
- Ensure customer orders match picked products
- Visually inspect products for damage before packing
- Pack products carefully to protect against shipping damage
- Use shipping software to weigh packages, select the lowest shipping rate and generate shipping labels
- Unload shipping containers from overseas suppliers
- Receive goods and replenish inventory as needed
- Work with team members to optimize warehouse operations and processes while focusing on continuous improvement
- Clean and organize the warehouse to maintain a safe and orderly work area
Requirements
- Extreme attention to detail - we have thousands of SKUs and many products look similar, so you must pay attention to all aspects of this job
- Know how to pack fragile products in cardboard boxes to prevent shipping damage
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to work on your feet for an entire shift
- Able to climb ladders and stairs to replenish stock
- Able to use basic Microsoft Windows applications such as web browser and email
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to work efficiently and follow directions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to undergo background check
