Minimum Required Education

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Uses advanced technologies to design, develop, and deploy e-learning solutions via web applications
  • Produces high-quality online learning modules integrated with a learning management system
  • Creates content and applies design/graphic principles to educational materials (traditional and blended)
  • Designs and updates e-learning using interactive media, tools, and systems
  • Evaluates and revises materials based on training effectiveness
  • Tests, troubleshoots, updates, and maintains:
    • E-learning
    • Traditional/blended learning solutions
  • Collaborates with:
    • Support staff
    • Customers
    • Technical support teams
  • Ensures functionality between:
    • E-learning materials
    • LMS
    • Intranet/internet systems
  • Assists with:
    • Needs assessments
    • Process development
    • Program evaluation
  • Creates data management tools for continuous improvement
  • Participates in:
    • Customer calls
    • Planning meetings
    • Training sessions
    • Special projects
  • Manages project timelines and deliverables for internal/external clients
  • Designs instructional content and develops interactive learning modules
  • Creates visual elements and performs testing & QA of eLearning courses
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts
