E-Learning Instructional Designer

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Pay Rate: Open depending on experience plus medical, dental, and vision benefits under a W-2 contract. Location: Primarily Valley Forge/King ofPrussia, PA. Working Model: Hybrid (Tues & Wed in office). Core hours: 9-5, flex hours available (can start as early as 7AM).

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (5+ years). Key Responsibilities: Utilize Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) to develop interactive e-learning courses. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create engaging learning materials. Work closely with stakeholders to map out learning objectives and content. Manage full project lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with very tight deadlines, handling multiple projects simultaneously. Overhaul new hire training programs for contract center employees, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness. Negotiate with stakeholders to determine key skills and objectives for training content. Utilize tools like Murph for audio and Photoshop for content creation as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-learning course development. Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) is a must. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with subject matter experts. Experience with tools like Murph for audio and Photoshop for content creation is preferred. Ability to work independently and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Located in or willing to commute to the Valley Forge/King of Prussia area for in-office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
