Read, use and understand electrical/ mechanical schematic drawings
Responsible for producing high quality electrical flight products (PCBA, cables and harnesses, test fixtures )
Fits, files, drills, and assembles junction boxes, panels, or performs a wide variety of diversified and difficult electrical assemblies for the installation to the simulators
Perform various electrical assembly duties on large utility vehicles by following instructions and utilizing schematics
Assembles, in predetermined order, electrical components, terminals and push buttons
Cuts, strips, and mounts wires to connect electrical units
Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and enclosure/panel fabrication drawings with bill-of-materials
Experience wiring electrical panels, instrumentation and devices and point-to-point testing
Test electrical controls and adjust as required
