E‑Member Account Advisor
Starting Pay: $21.66/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Hybrid eligible after 90 days
Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional pay.

About the Role
As an E‑Member Account Advisor, you are a trusted guide in the digital space — helping members navigate their financial journey with ease, confidence, and clarity. You’ll connect with members through online and mobile channels, ensuring they feel supported no matter where they are.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome new members through digital channels, helping them open accounts with ease and confidence
- Support existing members with account management, services, and questions through online, chat, phone, and email interactions
- Guide members through digital banking tools, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
- Identify opportunities to offer loans and financial solutions that align with each member’s goals
- Assist with loan applications, closings, and funding for products like credit cards and lines of credit
- Resolve complex account inquiries and transactions with accuracy and care
- Educate members on financial products, services, and digital best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support across all channels
- Show up with empathy, curiosity, and a passion for helping members succeed
Requirements:

- You’re tech-comfortable and able to keep up in a fast-paced setting
- Financial experience is helpful, but your heart for service matters most
