Exciting Opportunity For E&S Product Development Professional

Polikov Recruitment Solutions specializes in the Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Industry.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an underwriter who may want to get into product development/management, or someone who is already in a similar product role.

Our client is an A rated P&C carrier that has been successfully writing Commercial Property & Casualty business on an admitted basis for 60 plus years, and is currently in the process of creating a new Excess and Surplus lines division that will launch later this year.

They are looking to add an E&S Product Development professional to their team to help with the continued expansion of their E&S division.

What you can expect in the role:

• Manage product development projects through all phases of the development cycle
• Play an integral role in developing additional product lines (Crime, Property, IM, etc..) as the specialty lines division continues to grow
• Work closely with multiple business units to drive the implementation of these new products
• Be put in a position to grow your career into a professional leadership role

What is needed to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of Commercial P&C experience in the Excess and Surplus lines space
• Knowledge of Duck Creek
• Underwriting acumen & experience is a huge plus but not necessary
