JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/span>

• Licenses: Active state medical license, CDS, and DEA with Iowa address required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Board: Board Certified in ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM (or osteopathic equivalents)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• DEA: Active DEA required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Experience: Residency trained in the specialty certified in<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Other Qualifications: CME documentation and case logs from the past two years required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care for patients of all ages<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Manage acute and emergent conditions in a Level II trauma center<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Perform emergency procedures and coordinate admissions as required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Collaborate with hospitalist medicine and consulting services<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Document all patient encounters accurately in Cerner EMR<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/span>
