Assembler/Operator II will be responsible for assembling high-reliability electro-mechanical assemblies in our production area. This role involves preparing work by studying assembly instructions, drawing specifications, wiring diagrams, and parts lists, and gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Assembler/Operator II will position cables, parts, and subassemblies using fixtures when needed, interpret assembly instructions, and assemble cables by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and creating subassemblies.

This position is performed in a light industrial manufacturing/production environment. Regularly exposed to moderate loud noise levels from machinery and production activities, temperature variations, and potential soldering fumes (with proper ventilation provided). This role requires frequent standing or sitting at workstations for extended periods and occasional movement throughout the production floor. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, or other required gear must be worn as directed when in production areas. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role in this environment.
