The unit has a total of 31 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1. Unit staffing includes unit secretaries and technicians available on all shifts. Documentation is managed through the Meditech system. The position requires 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and floating to other units as necessary. Candidates should be familiar with patient experience requirements and have a solid foundation in acute care settings. Responsibilities include providing high-quality, efficient care and ensuring safety and respect for all patients. Block scheduling is available to enhance work-life balance. Communication is facilitated through mobile devices for seamless collaboration. Computers and scanners are located in every room for efficient documentation. The team is comprised of a core group of very experienced staff on each shift.
