Nurse - Pediatric / Adult

Hattie Larlham is looking for caring and compassionate Nurses (LPNs / RNs) who want to be part of a mission based on Comfort, Joy, and Achievement for adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Openings:

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Nights, 12-hr shifts, EOW/EOH
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Nights, 12-hr shifts, EOW/EOH
• Location: Nestled in northern Portage County, between Cleveland and Akron, is the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities, a long-term intermediate care facility that provides medical services for 124 children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Utilize, maintain and grow your nursing skills!
• Provide autonomous care to adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Receive training to help you feel confident in your abilities and skills.
• Feel appreciated by the residents, families, staff and Administration.
• Be mentored by nurses who love to share their knowledge with newcomers and new grads!
• Maintain compliance with standards of care and with applicable federal and state regulations. 
• Be a valued member of a highly skilled nursing team!

Requirements:

• Ohio or multistate nursing licensure required.
• Knowledge and experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within first 30 days in role.
• Valid Ohio driver's license.
