Role Description The Bid Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end bid process, including identifying opportunities, managing tender documentation, and tracking deadlines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and organizing bid materials, assisting with bid and proposal writing, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and assembling final tender submissions. The Bid Coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and leadership to gather technical and commercial information, maintain bid records, and support continuous improvement of bid processes. The role also involves maintaining templates, updating content libraries, and supporting post-bid follow-up activities as needed.
