Pay: $19.00 - $19.60/hour + up to $2,550/year in Attendance Bonuses

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Mon-Thurs | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sun-Wed | 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• 4-day workweeks = Full-time hours with long weekends

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll be part of the team that shapes and finishes high-quality metal castings used around the world.

• Operate equipment for molding, iron pouring, testing, and material handling
• Inspect and sort products, removing defects and documenting quality
• Use tow motors (we'll train you!) to move materials through production
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Wear all provided PPE and follow strict safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and staying active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in a foundry or industrial setting
• Team player with strong situational awareness and a safety-first mindset
