Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care pharmacy services within a full-service regional medical center setting
• Review, verify, and dispense medication orders in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure safe and effective medication therapy management
• Monitor patients for drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse reactions
• Participate in orientation and onboarding activities as required by the facility each week
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all pharmacy activities

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license valid in the state of Idaho
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience
• Experience in an acute care or hospital-based pharmacy setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and compliance requirements prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel pharmacy or multi-site assignment experience
• Familiarity with pharmacy information systems used in acute care environments
• Experience in specialty areas such as cardiology, maternity care, or orthopedics
