This position entails conducting field investigations and assisting the project team in evaluation and reporting field investigation results under the direction of a senior professional.
Duties include:
Supporting preparation of technical documents, including quality assurance project plans, monitoring/sampling plans, health and safety plans, field records, and regulatory reports
Performing assignments requiring application of standardized techniques procedures and criteria
Performing field observations and sampling of environmental media (soil, groundwater, soil vapor, sediment, etc.)
Compiling and evaluating technical data and coordinating with laboratories
Managing environmental data and databases
Communicating with subcontractors and other staff
