Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program to build a strong foundation
• Consistently use PLACE lead generation systems each week to grow your real estate clientele
• Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and help them find their ideal homes
• Skillfully negotiate offers to get the best deals for both sellers and buyers
• Keep organized by tracking all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses every month to showcase properties and attract potential buyers
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into meaningful appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice to boost your confidence and communication skills
• Take part in team activities to stay connected and supported
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls to sharpen your skills
• Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes
• Provide expert advice on pricing, staging, and other key listing services to maximize property value
