This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting logistics, managing career fair registrations and materials/shipping, assisting with candidate reviews and interview scheduling, supporting campus recruiting events, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with candidate-facing interactions in a high-volume recruiting environment.Responsibilities:Support the Early Careers recruitment team throughout the campus recruiting cycle, partnering closely with the recruitment team.Review candidate applications, conduct initial candidate screening, and assist with identifying qualified talent for internship and leadership development program opportunities.Manage candidate communications and serve as a resource throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Coordinate interview scheduling requests and candidate support.Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting data, and applicant tracking information within Workday and other recruiting systems.Coordinate career fair registrations and support the planning and execution of campus recruiting events and other recruiting activities.Manage recruiting materials, event shipments, giveaways, and campus recruiting inventory.Success Factors:Thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Comfortable balancing administrative work with candidate-facing responsibilities.Positive, energetic, and team-oriented approach.Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business partners.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
