Divine Mercy Parish School is a vibrant K3 through 8th grade Catholic school located in South Milwaukee. We are currently seeking a faith-filled, nurturing, and energetic individual to join our school staff as a full time Early Childhood Aide. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with young children, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to support the mission of Catholic education.

The Early Childhood Aide plays an important role in fostering a joyful, faith-filled environment where young learners can thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
Under the direction of the Early Childhood (K3-K5) teachers and principal, the Early Childhood Aide will support student engagement in a play-based curriculum aligned with the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards (WMELS). The aide will assist with classroom instruction, student supervision, and daily classroom operations while helping to create a safe, positive, and faith-filled learning environment.
