Nature of Work This is a part-time position in the Department of Human Services. An employee in this class will work in all aspects of the early childhood learning center assisting the Early Childhood Educator, or designee.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: The Fire Extinguisher Training must be possessed after 30 days of employment. In addition, the Florida Department of Children and Families 10 hours or 1.0 Continued Education Unit (CEU) of in-service training must be completed on a yearly basis during the states fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. Must comply with all background screening requirements set forth by the State of Florida Statute Chapter 435.04, and any other applicable laws.
NOTE: Candidates will be subject to a Level II background screening.
