Were seeking an experienced leader who can balance operational excellence with exceptional customer service while creating a workplace where teachers love coming to work and children love learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school operations and financial performance

• Ensure licensing compliance and classroom quality

• Hire and develop outstanding teachers

• Coach leadership staff and classroom teams

• Increase enrollment and strengthen family retention

• Maintain outstanding customer experiences

• Partner with local businesses and community organizations

Qualifications

• Early childhood leadership experience

• Massachusetts Director Certification

• Knowledge of EEC regulations

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

• Ability to motivate and develop teams
