Classroom Floater Department: Early Childhood Education Center Reports to: Director of Early Childhood Supervises: 0 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hours: 7am - 4pm Rate: $17.00 per hour Summary: The Classroom Floater supports the implementation of a high-quality early childhood program by helping maintain a classroom environment that promotes learning, development, and student engagement. This position works collaboratively with the teaching team to support the dual language curriculum, build positive relationships with students and families, and contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Work Environment This position operates in an early childhood education and professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
