The Learning Experience – Worcester is preparing to open its brand-new early childhood education center, and we're looking for an experienced Founding Lead Teacher to help shape our culture from day one.


This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new school, establish classroom traditions, mentor fellow educators, and create an exceptional learning environment for children and families in our community. What You'll Do

• Lead one of our Infant, Toddler, or Preschool classrooms with confidence and enthusiasm
  
  
• Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment from opening day
  
  
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum through hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
  
  
• Foster children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
  
  
• Mentor Assistant Teachers and help establish a collaborative, positive team culture
  
  
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
  
  
• Maintain classroom organization while ensuring full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
  
  
• Previous Lead Teacher experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program preferred
  
  
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
  
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  
  
• Passion for creating exceptional early learning experiences
  
  
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
