Early Childhood Teacher

Location: The Learning Experience- Ledgewood, NJ

Pay: $18 per hour & $250 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of employment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience- Ledgewood is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while supporting structured routines and engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom activities and daily routines
• Support children's early learning and development
• Maintain classroom organization and safety standards
• Provide supervision during learning centers and group activities
• Support transitions throughout the day
• Communicate with families and teaching team members
• Follow New Jersey licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Childcare experience preferred
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
