Early Childhood Education Teacher – Inspire a Love of Learning
The Learning Experience – South Lyon Township is looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. Whether working with toddlers or preschoolers, you'll create engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and school readiness.
Using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, you'll help children reach developmental milestones while building strong relationships with families and fellow educators.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
- Foster independence through positive guidance and structured routines
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Communicate regularly with families regarding children's progress
- Collaborate with teachers and leadership to provide exceptional early education
- Follow all Michigan childcare licensing regulations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
