At Soccer Shots, you'll spend your days playing games, building confidence, and creating unforgettable experiences for children ages 2–8. Every class is filled with energy, imagination, and smiles—and you'll be the highlight of a child's week.
No coaching experience? No problem. We provide all the training you need.
What You'll Get
- Paid training to become a lead coach in as little as two weeks
- Starting pay of $22/hour as a Lead Coach
- Opportunity for a pay increase within your first 90 days based on performance
- Performance bonuses
- Reimbursement for required child safety clearances (approximately $60 value)
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
Typical coaching hours:
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Lead engaging Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 2–8
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and energy to every class
- Set up and pack up equipment before and after sessions
- Teach age-appropriate soccer skills using our curriculum
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and character development
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Communicate professionally with families, teachers, and site staff
What We're Looking For
- Passion for working with young children
- Positive, energetic personality
- Reliable and responsible
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay active while leading classes
- Reliable transportation to schools and parks in and around Doylestown, PA
- Ability to obtain required Pennsylvania child safety clearances
No coaching or soccer experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
