What You’ll Do


As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll play an important role in helping our youngest learners build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. You will:

• Create a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where toddlers can learn, play, and grow.
• Bring our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to life through age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences.
• Support children’s social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Observe and celebrate each child’s individual progress, milestones, and accomplishments.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with families through consistent communication about their child’s development and daily experiences.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, center leadership, and support staff to create an exceptional experience for children and families.

What We’re Looking For


We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced educator who understands the unique needs of toddlers and genuinely enjoys helping them discover the world around them.


Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience.
• Ability to meet all state-specific licensing requirements.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to safely lift and carry children and classroom materials weighing up to 40 lbs.

Preferred:

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional teaching experience.

Schedule

• Full-time, in-person position
• Monday–Friday availability between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for parent meetings, special events, or professional training.
