What You’ll Do
As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll play an important role in helping our youngest learners build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. You will:
- Create a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where toddlers can learn, play, and grow.
- Bring our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to life through age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences.
- Support children’s social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Observe and celebrate each child’s individual progress, milestones, and accomplishments.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with families through consistent communication about their child’s development and daily experiences.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, center leadership, and support staff to create an exceptional experience for children and families.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced educator who understands the unique needs of toddlers and genuinely enjoys helping them discover the world around them.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience.
- Ability to meet all state-specific licensing requirements.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to safely lift and carry children and classroom materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional teaching experience.
Schedule
- Full-time, in-person position
- Monday–Friday availability between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM
- Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for parent meetings, special events, or professional training.

The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
