About the Role:
Bright Minds Bright Beginnings LLC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Educator to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA! Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally-driven lesson plans and activities
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for young children
  • Monitor and document children's developmental milestones and progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child development and daily activities
  • Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior guidance
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure program quality and consistency
  • Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and early childhood education standards
Requirements:
  • CDA (Child Development Associate 
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
  • Knowledge of PA Keystone STARS or similar early childhood quality frameworks a plus
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass required background checks per Pennsylvania childcare regulations
  • Warm, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood development
