Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing engaging, hands-on learning experiences
- Creating a nurturing classroom built around curiosity and exploration

- Building strong relationships with families through open communication
- Leading daily routines with patience and consistency
- Mentoring and collaborating with Assistant Teachers
- Maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming classroom
- Helping every child feel valued, capable, and successful
We're proud of the culture we've built. We believe in coaching instead of criticizing. Teamwork instead of workplace drama. Support instead of micromanagement. Growth instead of perfection.
You'll work alongside leaders who are approachable, coworkers who genuinely care about one another, and families who trust us with what matters most. When our teachers succeed, our children thrive.
