Early Interventionist – Supporting Families in Jamestown, North Dakota

T & K Pediatric Services is seeking a compassionate professional to join ourgrowing team in Jamestown, North Dakota.

In this role, you'll support infants and young children who are experiencing developmental delays or who may be at risk for developmental challenges. Working closely with families and a collaborative team of pediatric professionals, you'll provide individualized early intervention services that foster growth, build independence, and create a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Whether your background is in early childhood education, early childhood special education, special education, social work, nursing, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or a related field, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact during the most critical years of a child's development while empowering families every step of the way.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $30.00–$45.00 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct developmental evaluations and assessments for infants and young children
  • Deliver direct early intervention services focused on individualized developmental goals
  • Partner with families and caregivers to support developmental progress outside of sessions
  • Collaborate with pediatric therapists and interdisciplinary team members
  • Track patient progress and maintain accurate documentation of developmental outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and collaborative discussions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Social Work, Nursing, or related clinical field
  • Experience working with infants and young children with developmental delays preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed for family support
