Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist

Help young children find their voices and build a strong foundation for success! Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to support children across Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties, OR in developing the communication skills they need to learn, connect, and thrive during their earliest years.

Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to children ages birth–5, supporting communication, language development, and participation across early childhood educational settings.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies based on each child’s communication needs, developmental level, and educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and promote positive outcomes for children.
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and communicate recommendations and child needs with the appropriate educational team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (Highly Preferred)
• Fingerprint clearance required, including two sets of fingerprints for applicable K–12 school clearance requirements
