We are hiring Substitute Aides and Substitute Assistant Teachers to support licensed childcare centers and private preschools across the Twin Cities Metro. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, build your resume, and work a schedule that fits your life.
What You Will Do
- Support lead teachers in caring for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years
- Assist with daily classroom routines including meals, transitions, rest periods, and activities
- Engage children in play-based and educational activities
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Complete classroom documentation and recordkeeping as directed

Qualifications
Aide: Must meet Minnesota childcare licensing requirements for aide/support staff. Must be 18 or older.
Assistant Teacher: Examples include CDA, Montessori Credential, Child Development Assistant Certificate, 2 years postsecondary education, Pre-K Associate License, BA degree with required ECE credits, or other qualifying Minnesota Rule 3 combinations.
Must be able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.
