Teachers For Tomorrow is hiring Early Childhood Substitute Teachers to support licensed childcare centers across the Twin Cities. Whether you’re returning to work or exploring a new path in early childhood education, we provide the training, support, and schedule flexibility to help you succeed.

Schedule & Availability
- Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Consistent work with flexibility
- Optional additional shifts available
What You’ll Do
- Support classroom routines and daily activities
- Supervise and engage children (infant–preschool)
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Adapt to different classrooms with guidance
- Communicate professionally with center staff
Qualifications
- Childcare experience preferred, not required
- Transferable experience welcome (education, caregiving, healthcare, customer service, parenting)
- Reliable, patient, and adaptable
- Reliable transportation within the Twin Cities
- Willingness to learn – training provided
Pay & Benefits
- $17–$21/hour based on experience
