Holy Cross Academy seeks a caring, dependable, and faith-filled Early Childhood Teacher Assistant to support our afternoon (PM) early childhood program. The Teacher Assistant works collaboratively with the lead teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of young children in alignment with Catholic values.
High school diploma required; college coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred. Experience working with young children (ages 3–6) preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills. Commitment to supporting Catholic education and Christian values. Ability to stand, move, and engage actively with young children. Schedule PM hours only (afternoon schedule; exact hours determined by program needs). School-year position.
