Early Childhood Teacher

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Barnesville Daycare Center in Fergus Falls MN. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of young children, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment to learn and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and explore.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and co-workers.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, and communicate with parents about their child's development.
• Ensure the daycare center follows all state regulations and licensing requirements.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, nurturing, and compassionate personality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
