    We're launching an Early Head Start program at our newest location this fall and are looking for a compassionate, experienced Early Head Start Teacher to join our team.

    The first three years of life are filled with incredible growth and discovery.     Position Details

    • Full-time, year-round position
    • Start date: August 2026
    • Early Head Start Teacher (Birth–3)

    What You'll Do

    • Create nurturing, responsive relationships with infants, toddlers, and families.
    • Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
    • Provide high-quality daily care while supporting each child's developmental milestones.
    • Observe children's progress and individualize learning experiences.
    • Partner with families through open communication and collaboration.
    • Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom that meets licensing and Early Head Start standards.

    What We're Looking For

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
    • At least 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in an early childhood setting.
    • Knowledge of infant and toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
    • PA clearances and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
    • A warm, dependable educator who is passionate about helping children and families thrive.
