Help young learners build the skills they need to thrive! Cross Country Education is seeking two compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to support an Early Intervention program in the Reading, PA area during the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children in community settings like daycares and preschools.
- Provide services across designated community sites while building strong partnerships with daycare staff and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress to support compliance with educational plans and IEP goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License and Department of Education (DOE) Certification
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Clinical Fellow Year candidates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in early intervention or working with preschool-aged children preferred
