Our BCBA owned and operated clinic is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Early Learner Clinic team. This position focuses on providing high-quality ABA services to young children with autism and related developmental needs in a supportive, play-based clinic environment.
Our clinic emphasizes early intervention, caregiver collaboration, and meaningful skill development while fostering a positive and team-oriented culture for both clients and staff.
This position includes one designated work-from-home day per week for indirect responsibilities such as programming, report writing, parent training preparation, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
- Provide ongoing caregiver training and collaboration
- Analyze client progress data and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and clinic leadership
- Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical standards
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Primarily clinic-based in an early learner setting
- Hybrid with the option to work-from-home one day per week
- Consistent daytime hours 9-3 with focus on work-life balance
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with early learners preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for collaborative and compassionate care
- Active VA state licensure
