Role: Early Morning Inventory / Receiving Team Member
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, approximately 5:00 AM–8:00/9:00 AM
Hours: ~18–24 hours per week
Primary responsibilities:
Receive and put away the restaurant’s truck orders each morning.
Ensure product is stored in the correct location and rotated properly.
Help maintain organization and cleanliness in coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
Identify shortages, overages, damaged product, or other inventory concerns.
Help maintain proper FIFO practices.
Communicate inventory or delivery issues to the appropriate leader.
Take ownership of keeping all storage areas organized and ready for the day's operation.
