Role: Early Morning Inventory / Receiving Team Member

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, approximately 5:00 AM–8:00/9:00 AM

Hours: ~18–24 hours per week

Primary responsibilities:

• Receive and put away the restaurant’s truck orders each morning.
• Ensure product is stored in the correct location and rotated properly.
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness in coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
• Identify shortages, overages, damaged product, or other inventory concerns.
• Help maintain proper FIFO practices.
• Communicate inventory or delivery issues to the appropriate leader.
• Take ownership of keeping all storage areas organized and ready for the day's operation.
