Chick-fil-A Early Morning Kitchen
We are a very high volume Chick-fil-A location so we get a truck of supplies every day Monday through Saturday. The vendor unloads it and puts it into our building, then our people put it away. Frozen, produce, dairy and dry goods. Once the items are put away our team then rolls into working in the kitchen.
NOTE: we are a non-smoking property (you may not smoke anywhere on the property, including your vehicle)
Location: Chick-fil-A in Lee's Summit, MO
Shift: 5am-2pm
Schedule: We can schedule 3,4 or 5 shifts/week, so we can do either "part time" or "full time"
Duties include:
- From 5am to 6:30am, work in teams of two (you do NOT work alone) putting away refrigerated and frozen groceries and non-food supplies
- 6:30am - 2pm Serve in kitchen operational positions preparing breakfast and lunch meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all supply areas
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and expectations
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code
- Assist with inventory and learn to place our truck orders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable and trustworthy - employment references who vouch for your reliability and honesty are required for consideration
- Detail-oriented (items must be stocked according to our store layout plan and procedures and be accurately labeled)
- Physically able to lift heavy items repeatedly for over 2 hours.
- Must be willing and able to lift items that are 50 pounds. Many items are between 35-45 pounds.
- Physically able to climb ladders, push, pull, bend, stoop, reach etc. for 3 solid hours
- Positive attitude and friendly, professional personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- English skills are required
