What You'll Do:
This is for early Saturday mornings only. Great if you are looking for a part time job! AM Mixers are in charge of following all of Crumbl recipes and keeping pace of the mix plan for the day. You will be a master at timing and accuracy in all measurements of ingredients and efficient work flow. Dough is passed over from the mixers to bakers who then ball, form, and portion dough to be baked off. You only need a great attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for perfection. Earn raises as you complete training milestones.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- At least 17 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
- Must be available to work Saturday mornings with options to pick up other shifts.
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- Must be able to read recipes and measure accurately.
- Working knowledge of Hobart mixers and previous baking/production experience is a plus.
