As an Early Preschool Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom where children can explore, learn through play, and develop the social, emotional, and academic skills needed for future success.


Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate classroom.
  
  
• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans and hands-on learning experiences aligned with our curriculum.
  
  
• Foster children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  
  
• Encourage independence while providing nurturing guidance and support.
  
  
• Maintain active supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  
  
• Communicate daily with families regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
  
  
• Maintain accurate classroom documentation and records.
  
  
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and compliant with Texas Child Care Regulation standards.
  
  
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to provide exceptional care and education.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
  
  
• Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
  
  
• CDA, Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or related coursework is a plus.
  
  
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  
  
• Must pass all required background checks and meet Texas Child Care Regulation requirements.
