ARCO is currently looking for an Early Talent Specialist to help shape the future of our organization by attracting, engaging, and hiring top early career talent. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted ambassador for our company, partnering with universities, student organizations, and business leaders to build diverse talent pipelines and deliver high-impact internship and early career hiring programs. Typical base compensation for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a performance-based bonus.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Support a national early talent recruiting program to attract top talent 
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Plan and represent the company at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and campus presentations.
  • Support the full-cycle recruiting process for internships, co-ops, and entry-level positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding activities for early career hires.
  • Build a pipeline of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Maintain consistent positive flow of communication between candidates and leadership
  • Manage applicant tracking system, including reporting on various recruiting metrics
  • Ad-hoc recruiting projects as needed 
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting complex, process-driven programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate high-volume activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail   
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to travel as needed to events and career fairs
  • Prior experience with campus recruiting, internship programs, planning recruiting events, or employer branding initiatives is preferred 
  • Computer skills: ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake and proficiency using Word, Excel, and Outlook
