The Early Voting Training Supervisor plans, develops, implements, and oversees comprehensive training programs supporting Early Voting operations. This position ensures permanent, temporary, and assigned election staff receive accurate, consistent, and timely instruction regarding Early Voting procedures, systems, responsibilities, and applicable compliance requirements.
The position conducts training needs assessments, develops curricula and instructional materials, evaluates training effectiveness, and maintains training records and performance metrics. The Early Voting Training Supervisor also provides leadership and supervision to assigned training staff and collaborates with Early Voting leadership, subject matter experts, and County partners to support operational readiness and successful election administration.

The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining Maricopa County voter registration records and administering elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. MCRO also maintains the permanent public record of more than 50 million documents dating back to 1871, including deeds, plat maps, and a variety of other important documents.

Selection Procedure - Maricopa County
