About the Role
We"re looking for a dynamic and experienced Division Sales Manager (DSM) to lead our Eastern Division sales operations, headquartered in Pennsylvania. As the key leader for this region, you"ll oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers and Sales Administrators, driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on team management. You"ll coach, develop, and support your team in managing existing accounts, cultivating new business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and lead with purpose will directly contribute to the division"s success.

What You"ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Sales Administrators across the Eastern Division
- Drive sales strategy and execution to increase revenue and market share
- Oversee customer relationships and ensure outstanding service and satisfaction
- Review and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide business decisions
- Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and long-term business strategy
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance development for sales team members
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications; prepare accurate estimates and sales presentations
- Promote a positive team culture centered on communication, accountability, and results



What You Bring
- Minimum 4 years of sales team management experience
- At least 8 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth
- Strong background in sales forecasting, business planning, and reporting
- Experience developing and delivering impactful sales presentations
- Solid understanding of KPIs and how to tie metrics to performance outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Working knowledge of modular or offsite construction preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technology tools
- Valid driver"s license and willingness to travel as needed
