Role Description The Part-Time Sales Associate role at MINISO USA is an on-site position based in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, the Sales Associate assists customers on the sales floor, provides product information, and delivers friendly, efficient service at all times. Daily tasks include greeting customers, handling transactions at the register, restocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting visual merchandising standards. The Sales Associate also helps with inventory activities, responds to customer questions, and collaborates with team members to meet store performance goals. This is a part-time role that requires flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\n
